Apple Hotel Takes Part In Francais Usahawan Muda 1Malaysia
KUALA LUMPUR, March 8, 2011 – In line with its aggressive brand development and strategy to create brand recognition among entrepreneurs, Apple Hotel has participated as an exhibitor in the ‘Francais Usahawan Muda 1Malaysia’ programme organised by Perbadanan Nasional Bhd (PNS). The exhibition, which was held at the MATRADE Exhibition and Convention Centre (MECC) from March 9 to 10, 2011, was officiated by Prime Minister Dato’ Sri Mohd Najib bin Tun Hj Abdul Razak.
The ‘Francais Usahawan Muda 1Malaysia’ served as a platform to gather young entrepreneurs who are involved in the franchise business, including those in the food, services and apparel industry. As an exhibitor, Apple Hotel was able to promote its brand of hotels and provide visitors with an in depth exposure on the nature of its franchise business.
The Apple Hotel brand is a collection of designer hotels offering budget travellers the best accommodation experience at affordable prices throughout Malaysia. It is currently accepting applications for new franchisees who are interested in pursuing new single-unit opportunities through the acquisition of existing hotels or the development of new locations.
Besides the exhibition, several forums targeted at entrepreneurs were held. The forums focused on issues such as ‘How to be Successful in Franchising’ and ‘Main Players in Franchising – Malaysia’. On the second day of the exhibition, the PNS Academy also organised a seminar entitled ‘Module Level 1: ‘Franchising for All’ which will feature success stories on franchising, the evolution of franchising, how franchise work, the benefits of franchising, pathway to go for franchising as well as key players in franchising in Malaysia.
